I would call the strips either 1" or 1-1/16" I would be able to make these if I had some decent reference.

I'm good with 1.75, but how wide do we think the silver stripes are supposed to be? That may change my answer. ;-)

I think I'm good.

I can do the Shield patch for $12 USD and the Stripes for $50 USD

I'll be doing them in Smooth-On Flex Foam-It 25 tinted black and mold prepped with Silver Bullet Cast Magic pigment powder.

Here's some blocking for the stripes. Can't go any further until I pick up more interfacing, and can't complete the stripes until I get done with the sleeves. I'm making the stripes at 1.5", based on pics of them running off the star, and basing the star on Valor's shield.

Well, if you are gonna do silicone strips, I could be very interested. Right now, I have a pretty good lamé I was planning to use, but if you are gonna do these, well...

OK, If the stripes are 1.5" to match Valor's star, then I would go 2-1/4" for the Shield patch.
