Another Nautilus

Just finished another 31" Brodeen Nautilus.
Tried to use a realist approach to a vessel that was at sea for an extended period. A scumline and lots of rust.
Also tried to incorporate the mysterious green glow that she was seen to have by using florescent paint and UV LEDs, not to great success, but.....
Next build is a well under way concept II kit-bash Nautilus.

Vismus, you are the king of Nautiluses (or is it Nautilii). Excellent work here! How many do you have in your collection?

Have built 8 (I think) of the Brodeen 31" Nautilus kits but only keep 2. Am working on a kit bash version Nautilus II as we speak. If it turns out well, I'll post pics.
The 66" Custom Replicas Nautilus is a one time build and is "enshrined" in our living room.

Have ordered a Deboer Seaview Concept II for later this year.

There is a lot of paint layering on this boat. The danger is loosing hull detail but I was lucky and got away with it this time.
