Did you make your own shoulder harness?

No. I just took the measurements and tweaked the design and sent the metal to my leather working buddy. Only thing I built was my shield. My suits were designed by me on paper and sent to my leather worker.

wow what a great thread here! Terry, love the suits! and Winghead, your classic is SO awesome! WOW! Gonna toss my Ultimate Cap up here. I have a new comic leather cowl comic this week to replace the "avengers" mask I wear. Hope you guys dig it!

I am currently making a Captain America: The Avengers suit. It's definitely my favorite among all Cap suit variations so far. Just finished my jacket. I really want this finished when The Avengers 2 hits theatres.
