Back again!

im still not 100% happy with the accessories, but i figured if it was done enough to wear at dragoncon, then its done enough to post on here. and i finally found some time and made myself do it.

the suit and frames are from the heroes locker. i had them put the same brick pattern thats on the movie spider suit on to here to give it a little more depth. the mask has the same pattern, and they did a great job!! the front and back spider emblems are from brad over at spidey4fun, and attached to a regular champs sports hoodie. the belt is a regular brown web belt, and the ankle pouches are WWII ammo pouch replicas that i keep attached with a band of craft foam and velcro. i had a cylinder machined by a friend as a favor, and then molded and cast a ton of copies out of it with flexfoamit for the webshooters. im still working on a better design for them, but i cant sit 100% happy with the way my experiments have turned out. the backpack is drawstring back sack (i dont know what their actual name is), covered with a cut up white mesh bag. most of the shots are just from our dragoncon adventures, i dont really have too many of just me, but i loved all the shots we got!!

enjoy!!!

Dude, nice job! That's an amazing costume, and it's always good to see people having fun at the cons.

That Carnage costume is pretty sick too.

That is amazing, could you point me in the direction of where I might be able to find a good picture of the symbol to put on a jacket?

i did a quick google image search and was able to find several results that would work, but nothing that matched the actual logo that im using. if you contact brad over at spidey4fun then he may be able to send you a template pic since hes the one that supplied the spiders for the hoodie.

As much as I love the job done on Scarlet, I'm loving that Carnage costume.

it was soooooo creative! it looked even better up close. we were toying with the idea of inverting the colors. instead of a black suit with red paint, use a red suit with black paint. that way the red is more dominant. either way, his costume was amazing, and so were the others from that spidey photo shoot.

Love the costume! Have to say my favorite picture is the bat-five.

he was a great guy. we stood in line with him at registration, and then happened to find him later. the look on his face just sells it!

Hi I would really like one of the masks lol, the rest of the costume looks like i could replicate without too much hassle. Is it possible for you to make a mask and I pay you for it? Kind regards Louis

Love IT! Nice seeing the Scarlet Spider get his props. Nice pic with Black CaT!!!

Thanks! I'm one of the few that actually enjoyed the Clone Saga, and of course I LOVE the costume. That Black Cat was really well done, and extremely nice in person. Most of those shots came from the Spidey shoot at DragconCon that year. I made several new Spider friends that day!

So after drooling over your picks again and again I decided to put together my own Scarlett Spider for the Emerald City Con on March 29th. I'll post it when I'm done. I doubt it'll be as cool as yours since this will be my first attempt at a suit, but I'll do my best. Thanks for the inspiration.

I'm excited to see it! I always love getting another clone in to the club! And this was actually my first attempt at something like this, which makes all the kind words from all of you guys extra meaningful. There really isn't much too it at all. I'm sure it will come out looking great!

Ive been trying to upgrade the suit also. I'd like to get a smaller hoodie, add the pouches / web cartridge refills and buckle to the belt, and redo the webshooters and web pack.
