Thanks. I hope to finish this bucket by next month. Also, I really like your legacy builds, especially the imperial Knight armor.

Update


Today I did some more sanding and started filling with bondo. Overall the helmet still needs a couple more rounds of bondo and sanding. I found that a sanding sponge is very effective on this bucket to get the corners smooth.

Another one!! Jeez, do you ever sleep?? lol! Another awesome piece, Mate, and I totally agree with you. It MUST be better to build something from scratch than to chuck money at something on Ebay...The satisfaction....it's just the same when I finish a painting!

Hi Fierfek, pepakura designer is asking for a password to unlock the commander Bly Helmet. have I done something wrong during downloading?

Sorry I forgot to mention that the file in the link is a pepakura viewer file only. Don't worry I'll email you one that can be opened in pepakura designer.

Hehe, well, I think I'm going to start with a boba helmet. And then make more advanced.. as I learn how to :p just stock piling some cool pep-files . Thanks for this one! Love clone armors :)

I don't mean to be rude, but is it the photo angle, or does the helmet not seem symmetrical?

Perhaps it is the angle of the pic because looking at it now I can't tell it's asymmetrical. The helmet probably is a couple millimeters off in some spots due to minimal warping and filling. With 3d models there's a higher chance of symmetry if built properly than a sculpted model, but like most builds they never will be perfect. We can only try for the best. I welcome constructive criticism.

Update:

Since I'm building the helmet I decided to work on the armor. I will be making the whole set based on this model I'm editing.
