Problem with Iron Man Glowing Eyes

I got a very tiny Problem, that bothers me extreme...

I´ve made 2 Plexyglass Visors for my Iron Man Helmet and sanded them.

Installed LEDs and then i found a curious Spot in the right Visor.
It wasn´t there as i cutted the Visors out and neither as i heated and formed them around the Eyes!

I tryed to sand it away, but it doesn´t look like it was on the inner or outer Side. I looks like it´s in the Plexy, but as a said, it wasn´t there before i installed them.

I don´t want to change them, because the Paint is very sensitive and doesn´t allow much Pressure on the Surface.

looks like micro cracks inside of the Plexiglas.

Has it had any major temperature changes post installation? or has anybody been fooling around with it when your back is turned because it does look like an internal defect. If that is the case your only option would be to replace it.

But i solved the Problem, i ordered Eluminated Light Foils and hoping they are here soon enough so i can paint another Layer of Paint.

Because of the Demounting of the Glasses i got some Imprints now, tiny, but they are bother total...
