pepakura viewer help!!!

I'm having a lot of trouble with pepakura viewer 3 all of a sudden.

1. I tried to print off a new file, and no matter what I did, the whole page came out black. Restarted the computer and...

2. Now just the edge ID numbers are printing. No outlines, nothing else. Just a page with numbers all over it.

WTF?
 
OK, I set something about print transparency and printed page one as a test. Came out perfect. Second page came out totally black. WTF?!?!?!??!?!?!?
 
And the next page came out numbers only. The I tried again and it came out fine. Printed out 9 pages fine. 10 keeps coming out solid black. Skipped to 11, solid black.
