I wont happen.

It would be easier and cheaper to just refilm a remake

Nix the 3D, just release a cleaned-up print for the 35th anniversary. I think it would make decent money.

I'd be the first guy in line. LOVE that film.

How about just a niely packaged Blu-Ray edition, with all previously released special features (from both the 25th Anniversary release AND the 30th Anniversary release), plus maybe some new ones, for a 35th Anniversary release?

Funny - we got Close Encouters, but no sign of daylight from Jaws, JP, ET... Nada.

Kinda hard to do when life is in 3D. I guess you prefer the concept for Flatland.
