You saw the reworked official version? I rather liked the small spikes, and the hints of machinery in-between the plates in the hull.
I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to. The CBS Digital TOS remastered?

This is so well done I really have to applaud you on it! I can really tell you put some time into nailing down the lighting to really make the planet convincing, all around amazing job.

Outstanding, DB! When I saw the first image in post #1, I thought for a moment that you were doing a model of the destroyed Klingon planet Praxis from Star Trek VI. Regardless, this is incredible!
