Looking for Card dispenser and bill acceptor recommendations

I am going to be building a Zoltar costume that is going to be an amalgamation of the movie prop and the newer machines, something akin to the Sallah The Soothsaying Sultan fortune teller from Warehouse 13. (I have to image that was made by Characters Unlimited who makes the new machines, but I haven't looked into it)

I am not particularly mechanically or electronically inclined but I can do a few basic things.

I would like to include a simple bill acceptor and card dispenser. I have been looking at some toy banks that suck bills in that I think might work and perhaps using something like the UNO card dispenser for the dispenser.

I am wondering if there any products that I should be looking for, thanks!

not 100% sure of the character your making but if its to dispense normal playing cards there are a few inexpensive ones around (depending on where you live) found this on you tube

I was thinking about something like this https://www.amazon.com/Wheel-R-Deal...F8&qid=1517703681&sr=8-4&keywords=card+dealer but was trying to think of a way to automate it, a little lego wheel might be the right idea. I also found a cheap coin acceptor, I might end up using that instead of a bill acceptor. Thanks again!
