Hi everyone.

First of all: Thank you for all the information, help, etc. in this forum. It helped me out a lot!

Since I have been leaching this forum for a while, I figured it might be nice to finally give something back. Therefor I decided to post my "making of"s of the 5 helmets I've created so far.

This one is about my Iron Man helmet :)

This was my second helmet. I didn't take that many pictures of it.
As usual: Many hours of cutting and glueing.

I have no pictures of the stages of resin and fibreglass :(
For this helmet, I decided not to use bondo, but only use filler that you usually use for wall-repairing.
It was way less work, since you save one big stage and especially the grinding and sanding of the very very hard stuff. AND the helmet is much lighter and more comfortable to wear. But I have the feeling that the spray paint doesn't look as shiny as it does on all my other helmets.

I must admit: I really do NOT recommend doing this helmet with pepakura (and paper) since it is sooooo much work. MAYBE foam is the better option, I don't know.
