WANTED: where to get Polyethylene Foam Tube Diffuser

Hello All,

Does anyone know where to get Polyethylene Closed Cell Foam Tubing that fits inside the .75" ID of a 1" OD thick-walled blade tube? I'm looking to use it as a diffuser inside my Pixel Blade build.
