Donnie Darko Philosophy of Time Travel

Hello,
I'm a huge Donnie Darko fan. As far as I know, nobody has been able to accurately replicate the book "The Philosophy of Time Travel" written by the fictional character Roberta Sparrow in the movie Donnie Darko. I've studied the outside of the book (the inside is likely mostly blank, as the material discussed in the movie took up far fewer pages than the book appeared to be) and it seems that the book is a case-bound hardcover novel, with no dust jacket. From the image attached, the cover appears to be a maroon color, with gold lettering. I've tried to find a company experienced in binding books, but they either require them to be bought in bulk, or are unreasonably expensive. Does anyone have any experience in this matter?

The problem of making books like these is getting gold stamping. Binding a book with leather or cloth isn't that hard, neither is making gold letters. If you are content with the letters just sitting on the surface of the book, then check out this thread and see if it's any help:

If you want golden letters on leather or cloth, here's a suggestion I haven't tried myself yet, so I can't comment on its veracity:

Good luck!
