Glad you like it my friends....there are some slight imperfections such as bumps but i think i can fix them if fiberglass it and then hit it up and apply a little pressure.

20150925_134818.jpg20150925_134832.jpgUpdate #1 here are the photos from the fiberglass resin process.Just did the first coat on the outside of the helmet....now i am waiting for it to dry to go for one coat on the inside as well.

I am gonna do one layer of resin on the inside.Let it dry and then one more layer of resin+fiberglass cloth and then am done with this stage

The file is whole different story i remember downloading the Jfcustoms arkham deathstroke file which was for foam build, but then stigmorgan unfolded it for me and made it back to a paper build....so yeh this is the file i am technically using.

It hasn't been comin along for a while. My father had some business that took place in my workshop so the workshop was occupied. The good thing is that he is now done and my workshop is now squeaky clea waiting for me. I will most likely start the Bondo process tomorrow.Stay tuned my friend I will update as soon as I make some progres.

OK Update time.I started the bondo process which for now is troubling me.....Pics 20151109_171927.jpg20151109_175007.jpgi applied a coat of bondo on the top of the helmet and i didnt apply too much hardener so it didnt dry...It will propably be ready to sand tomorrow.20151109_184613.jpg20151109_184629.jpg20151109_190224.jpg20151109_190530.jpgI didnt make the same mistake twice and decided to work on this jaw area while using a bit more hardener so yeah it did work out this time. But after 3 layers of bondo i still get that damage on the surface of the bondo after i get it sanded.I use another layer to cover that and get damage on the new layer...pretty annoying.Dunno what to do and how to fix this...if u guys have any tips or a way to get it smoothed out pls let me know.

Bondo work Update #2 I am mostly done working on the eye-less side of the helmet. All this side needs now is shaping some areas and filling in little holes.I altered the shape as you can see so its not anymore completely accurate.I like it more now though :p........20151223_193910.jpg20151223_193849.jpg20151223_193833.jpg20151223_193623.jpg20151223_193546.jpg
