A couple more PADDs from me

Here's a PADD I made for someone. It is a duplicate of a PADD I am making as a prize for Joe's contest over at okudagrams.com :

Here's the first of three custom PADDs for my fanfic U.S.S.Monroe ship. It's an engineering PADD. I designed it to accept an ISO chip through a slot in the "sandwiched" plastic layer in the center of the PADD:

Now I have the Med PADD and the Standard PADD to make... And I really need to get some lamps for my light tent. Garsh, these photo's are badly lit.

Well done. The first one is a little too squarish for my taste, but that's just me...

How did you print the graphics to make them as glossy as they appear? Photo paper?

Thanks All. The top one is a modified verson of the DS9 PADDs.

I print the graphics in reverse on one sided ink jet transparencies. After printing I turn them over and use thin adhesive shipping labels I get from work and apply the adhesive side to the printed graphic.

I smooth out the air bubbles (I've gotten good at not having many to deal with.) Then I use a glue stick to place it temporarliy and set them perminantly when I attach the layers of the PADD together.

And Yeah, I made those graphics myself in illustrator.
