"off duty" judge uniform?

so I had a idea for those of us who cant afford a full judge uniform my self included, maybe getting t-shirts with the justice department logo on the back and/or shoulders and wearing the badges around the neck like some cops do, and just having the bottom part of the costume the paints, belt, boots ect.
that way we don't have to have the helmet or vest.
any thoughts or comments?

An interesting idea, but considering the grim "realities" of MC-1, I wouldn't think LEOs would not want to be easily identified when they are off-duty as they would be easy targets.

plain clothes judges were the wally squad, they had to go native and fit in with all the weirdness of life in the Big Meg

Cheaper Dredd costumes that fit in with 2012 Judges:

-Ma ma, Kay, Caleb, or the techie
-Med Center Guy
-Random Peach Trees Personnel
-Block Gangers (Peyote Kings, The Red Dragons, The Judged)

Honestly, I think the Judged would be great costumes.

Due to my non regulation facial hair I'm considering suiting up as Dirty Frank -
