I think vacuforming these may be the most economical way of reproducing them.

My way is cheap as hell. Is like vaccuforming but without needing a vaccum chamber, just apply heat and press

and chance you can scan those templates? You can vacuform with foam too

I don't think I can scan white pvc sheets, but they should be rather easy to draw using mine as reference

I have made my own armor templates. Sketching it out on paper is easy enough, and thanks goes to yarko for inspiring me to make my own Dredd suit! I'm making it out of EVA foam with a bit of craft foam for extra detailing.
