Seems to me the talented people in this forum build most stuff from scratch. Amazing really.

You mean the tunic unform but with the cap and rank bars I assume. This was the closest we got since we like the cheese grater helmets. The tunic was simply a modified chefs jacket....
I would have liked to make the caps but never gave it a shot.
