Being as secure in my male bravado and masculinity IÂ’m not the slightest bit ashamed to say right now I'm crying tears of utter joy and total jealously. :lol
Kidding aside this is really exceptional work as always bro; this torso is overwhelming with the awesomeness. B)

mucho gracious guys.

weaslfinger, this zip up the back thing they did in every movie batsuit since 89. Then there was always a piece that covered it with hook/loop/velcro attatchment. I still have to do my spine.
One technical achievment here is that the gap between the biceps/triceps, and ribs/lats is only about 1/8th of an inch. usually its about 1.5" or more. In the sculpture it was only 1/16th of an inch. that was a tough one.
The undersuit is hand sewn by me, done right on that bodycast of me. There just is no other way around this that looks worth a darn, and the coloring has to match the foam as if they were the same material. very important, or it looks sloppy.

So that seam on the elbow is the undersuit? @#$%. man... That looks sculpted in... You've got such a ridiculous talent and patience for detail.

thanks doug, also notice theres a wrist zipper with a build it velcro attatchment for the gauntlets, so the gauntlets don't slide around. Just a huge amount of work overall... then there's the tumbler...

:confused I want to reply, but I don't know what to say. It's just so AWESOME.

Thanx for sharing your work with us. :thumbsup

with wrist zippers in use:

I can't believe what you are able to do with out a whole team of people supporting you. It's really impressive.
