Young justice beetles and tigress group for NYC comic con!

Well I have 34 days to finish these costumes for NYC in October. Cullen Cosplay did the blue beetle but I still have to add the lights to the cannon. My two friends will be wearing green and black beetle and if anyone isn't familiar, these characters are from young justice. I am wearing blue beetle and my wife is wearing a tigress costume. We still have a lot to do but it will be done.

Just a parachute clip, and there is actually a fair amount of room inside. The masks a slit up the back and once in we just clip it at the back of the neck to keep it closed.

Thanks! Yeah we are pretty excited to wear them all to NYC when they are done.

I just use quarter inch thick foam mat rolls with thinner craft foam for other details.

Looks good so far. I loved Young Justice so seeing you doing the beetles & Tigress from YJ is really cool. You see people do a lot of various DC characters but you don't see YJ costumes very often. I can't wait to see your finished work. Btw, will the people wearing the Green & Black Beetle costumes resemble the way they did on the show, meaning, will Green be tall & skinny & Black big & tall?

Yeah both are taller than me and super skinny so we may throw a muscle suit on black beetle!
