X/Y/etc helmet markings for neurodiversity? Do they exist in a fanon or deeper sense?

Hi all- bit of backstory for this one. I did a few keyword searches but hadn't come across something to latch on to here or other web space.

Figured this was a good place to ask (and I'm not a RL member so deeper searches haven't been possible there, just front page public searches)

To get to the point- a dear friend has a son who is autistic, and as with many this kid and family still kick ass and don't back down from life (srsly little dude is way more outgoing and engaged in the world than I am... he's a marvel) He has been a SW fan forever, and the family yearly trips to DisneyWorld (used to be driving, now flying, go Harry) are a highlight, esp w SW in the mix. So all right, a while back Mom had been looking for a Luke or Wedge helmet for him, but $$$ got in the way.

I have had a small (as in helmet size, it's too under-sized for me) kit for a time that I want to build up and detail for him. I've pinged Mom to check his interest.

If it goes forward- I know that there are some passionate conversations around symbols that represent the larger facts and specific ways that neurodiversity shows in life; puzzle pieces, infinity symbols, hands, etc... and holy carp it's tough to navigate what the current thoughts are (and yes I'll be pinging Mom on this too; as well as anything he may be drawn to from the film vers, or that might best represent HIM over all else)

But I figured, you know... I am so not the first person to do this, and have been wondering what may be out there already that I could share with her as ideas and leaping-off points for H's own helmet.

Thanks for reading...

I was wondering if you could explain exactly what your question is. Are you asking if any type of neurodiversity symbols have showed up in canon? If so, I believe the answer is no.

However, you can go two different was with your paint job. 1. You can do whatever you want. You can pain a trek logo on it if you want... it's yours. So paint whatever neurodiversity symbol you want.

2. There is no rhyme or reason for pilot helmet markings. Some fans have their own ideas for what some symbols might mean but I think for the most part, the helmet is an expression of the individual pilot. So I say create your own symbol. Something that merges SWU to real world neurodiversity symbols. What if you did a rebel logo that was made to look like it was made up of puzzle pieces?
