If the guy in the wheel chair looks like Lt. Dan, then the guy who isn't wolverine (Hank/Beast?) looks to me like a young Dwight Schrute.

My only gripe with with this new magneto costume is that it looks like it was designed by the same person who designed the future armor outfits. No delineation of styles.

Perhaps this is armor that is developed specifically for the sentinels and this version takes place after the events that lead to their uprise and the "war," which are adopted and still in use in the future... I'm hoping there will be a couple of versions depending on the time period. I'm not a fan of the overly muted, dark/ gritty look... I don't know... I'm only speculating.

As much as Magneto's suit looks like the future ones, they do look kinda easy to replicate (since the "armors" all look like Plasti Dip'd EVA foam lol) I read that Fassbender Mag's voice will sound more like McKellen Mag's voice in this one, which will be cool to hear how he sounds. Hopefully we hear him speak in more trailers over the next 6 months

I like that shot better. But I'm hoping to see more color in the helmet. I'm also wondering about the boots. Right now they look like cheap costume spats...

Yeah his boots look like some Young Frankenstein lifts or somethin. Guess he didn't have fashion-friendly Beast for this suit design lol

At least Young Magneto has helmets that look like the ones in the comics. Maybe they were stunt boots and they figure nobody'll notice.

Out of all the people to bring back for all the X-men films. I never thought they would stick with the same Colossus through all of these films. I figured they would have replaced him with a stronger actor. I suppose the part does not require a lot of lines so he is good enough for the job.

I'm amazed he isn't busy as the Master Chief for the new Halo tv series.

Fassbender is looking like a tough mother ****er and I'm so happy about that.

I kinda wish he had some kind of shoulder pad to match the chest piece.

Helmet-

those pants and shoes makes it look like he's dressed up to go to church. You'd think he'd have some armor on his legs like his chest and i agree about the should pads. His armor in the books always had them as part of the cape setup.

I'm still not a fan of the giant chest armor though. It feels very "Un-Magneto" for some reason.

I always thought that the M. Bison costume from the crappy Street Fighter movie would've made a good basis for a Magneto costume.






Also the Cobra Commander suit from the new GI Joe movie had a nice Magneto Feel to it-



Red Leather is my choice for a cool Magneto suit.

Why's he wearing armor at all? If someone is shooting at him doesn't he just create a magnetic field to stop whatever is coming at him? If it's not metal coming at him doesn't he just create a shield of whatever is around him he can throw in front of him?
