X-Men 3: Pyro's Hand Flamethrower

Hello Everyone! I was watching the X-Men movies the other day, and I saw my favorite character of them all... Pyro. I was wondering if anyone has seen, or made the little hand flamethrower Pyro used in the Third X-Men movie. I know that in the Second X-Men movie, he has a shark lighter, which I own, but I also wanted to own the Hand Flamethrower to display it with the lighter. I am a big Pyro fan. while that is awesome and super fun looking i don't think my mom or a con would like one that actually shoots fire XD i'm looking to do a non functional version like in the photos i posted. So, im looking for ideas to make it or to buy it.
