x-box 360 issue, need help

We had the power go out today while I was playing and when I logged back on my avatar and gamer points weren't showing up on the dashboard but when I went to xboxlive.com you can see them. Well i thought i'd try and recover my profile to see if that would update it but now it stops halfway downloaded saying "xbox live signup is unavailable" is anyone else having problems?

no problems here, i would suggest calling them, they are actually pretty helpful on their call line

1 800 4 myxbox is their number

it maybe just a intermitting fault give it a try through ethernet and see.

I actually finally got it to work. I had to erase the partially downloaded profile 3 times but finally it restored it. Took over 24 hours for their tech support to email me back and say they had no clue lol.
