Looks fantastic! You really did a good job on the hair and beard... Doing fake beard is usually where people fail miserably, so it's great to see someone pull it off. :)
 
Blackhand Doomsaw

Defeated Warchief Rend Blackhand in Upper Blackrock Spire and got this to drop. Made out of EVA foam, 3mm and 5mm craft foam, PVC, and fake suede fabric. I wouldn't suggest taking it against any ogres since foam does not hold well in battle, regardless of PVE or PVP server. It measures 52 inches long and will make a worthy polearm for Leeroy Jenkins. Looking forward to showing this off at C2E2 tomorrow. (A day behind but that's okay.)

Absolutely amazing recreation of the character, I love it! I especially enjoy the attention to detail with the facial hair!!:)
