What I would do is treat it like a make-up effect and make two very thin, very soft black silicone halves of the eye section; one containing the upper half with the eyelid and bottom half containing the lower eyelid. Those pieces would sit kinda in front of the eye so the wearer can have lenses or a fabric between them and in front of the actual eye. These silicone pieces would then be stuck onto the wearers face before the rest of the mask is worn and made to look like one whole piece. If you want to have more flexibility and movement, break it up into smaller individual pieces to sit on specific areas of the face and blend together at the end to look like one whole piece.
