Worbla plastic iron man suit?!

Ok, I have to build an Iron Man suit. I found this pretty cool stuff to do it with, but I'm unsure whether it will work and/or how well it will work. I've never done something to this scale before, so any ideas would be help.

Worbla's Finest Art Thermoplastic - this is the stuff I bought.

I'm building it for a 5''4 guy. Do you think the previous foam iron man templates will help?
Cheers.

YOu might want to go with the non-foam versions for this. They are much more detailed and I think would work better for Worbla.

I'm really curious to see somebody make this. It seems like a great material for this use.

Actually, I think foam templates would work better. But that stuff seems crazy expensive to build a whole suit of Armor from!
Taking a guess, I would say you need 8 sheets (at least!) even with there 15% discount, that's still $328! Woof!!

It would be awesome to see this built to be honest. I would be very keen to see how you went about it so if you do it make sure there is a ton of photos for us all!

Well, I have a couple of sheets coming, only cost me £32. As soon as it arrives I'm going to have a go at the helmet. I'll post pics ASAP.
Where can I get the foam to do it in the UK? I'm in London, so if there's somewhere I can actually go out and buy it would be great.
Thanks guys.
