no, i only have two or three engines where the piping has some bubbles, but i have decided to place these few ones more inside where the piping should not be visible in the end.

Re: WiP Cooper Consular Ship

Oh! I t looks like you took the piping off of the engine parts - the "y" shaped piping. I planned on doing that to mine, so I got excited that someone else was thinking the same thing!

Re: WiP Cooper Consular Ship

thats very very weird...

now that you´ve mentioned this, i´ve watched again many many pics and it seems the piping should be on both, upper and underside of the engines.

my engines have the piping on only one side :confused

Re: WiP Cooper Consular Ship

The middle "inner" engines have no piping on the top or bottom sides. I mean the three center row engines only. The piping is strictly on the tops of the four top engine pods but I can't see any on the bottom of the bottom engine pods.

Looking good!!!!

As for the pipping, only the top area of the top 4 engines and bottom area of bottom four engines should have pipping, the 3 middle engines have no pipping, it's weird, on mine all engines have the pipping, I think RC made several changes from run to run.

oops, have totally missed my own thread. since a computer crash i´ve lost all progress pics.
yeah, the vodka redbull thing was funny. the wife was out "with her girls" :rolleyes
so i´ve decided to have a cool night myself with some vodka redbull and the blockade runner.

it already sits finished in my glass cabinet, but guys, keep in mind that was my first time painting/airbrushing a model.
after all i think the airbrushing is a little bit overdone.
