Will this sewing pattern work?

Hello, I have fond this sewing pattern in this forum. I do not recall whos pattern it is but it is not my own. I have made 2 masks now and both where sewn from front to back down the center and i don't like how they turned out. I am about to make a Scarlet Spidey mask with TJack's style frames and i want it to turn out perfect. My only problem is i don't know the proper sewing pattern. I have taught myself how to sew(by hand and sewing machine) so im not advanced enough to make a pattern. Again this is not my pattern i found it on this forum hoping for some advice.

We are going to need more details and some photos to help you. What do your masks look like? what do you want them to look like? What material did you use?

Well i am trying to get the skin tight look like the movie masks. I am having a hard time getting lycra so using spandex at the moment. I have been sewing down the center of the mask witch comes out to look like a hood

That's still not a great deal of info to go on. Just a quick question, the pattern you said you got here (that you've attached above), you know that's a 5 piece pattern, right? The picture you've shown is only 3. If your using that 'as is' that would go a long way to explain why your having difficulties.

It's also worth noting that those patterns aren't scaled correctly to one another either. Do we know from what base pattern that image was created? I want to make sure it isn't infringing upon someones work.

Thanks guys but I found a website where I can buy the 5 peice pattren and just sew it togather makes it a lot easyer. Thanks anyways
