Who makes the most accurate Winter Soldier or Civil War Captain America helmet?

I'm looking for the best fully assembled and painted Captain America Civil War or Winter Soldier helmet available. The type I'm finding now online and eBay seems to be off in one way or another. Also, fitting a 24" head would be ideal as well.

Thanks. I saw the one in the link, but they started it in April of last year and their last reply was in January. It doesn't look like they're in any hurry to produce these, if at all.

As of now it looks like TheRocketeer might have what I'm looking for. :thumbsup

Raul Tumba is making them. Just ordered one so hopefully I'll see it in 2-3 weeks. They're not very active on their thread, they tend to do more power ranger stuff(whatever that is)...

That looks good, but his website has "coming soon" on it and I don't have an instagram account. Do I just contact him here? Do you know the price? So far it doesn't seem easy to buy from anyone selling these except for the eBay auction makers. ETA: Actually now that I think about it I might have seen his helmet for sale somewhere before. Wasn't it over $500 for a finished version?
