Who made this Predator Bio Helmet

Was working in the garage and had to move a few boxes. Found this Predator helmet that I got in trade and was wondering if anyone knew who made it and what it's worth as I want to get rid of it. I've already posted this over at the Hunter's Lair and am waiting for a response there. Thanks.

I don't really know who made that. Whoever it was, they made the top part WAY too big. It isn't even alined with the face part.

Isn't that the smaller UK Bio Helmet? My son has one that we painted up...

It is meant to be a "Full Size" Bio Helmet, It is bigger than the P1 and P2 Bio helmets they offer.
The AVP Scar Bio they offer is full size though.
