Where'd the COC go?

I've looked, can't seem to find it anywhere. Is it possible to get a prominent link to it? Kind of hard to enforce rules that no one has access to.

I'm sure it's still there. It's probably just low on the list of "fixes" that the staff have to address with the move to the new software.
