Where to get custom decals?

If you are designing you own graphics I have recently used printable water decals sheets and really liked them. Im sure you could take them to a laser printer and get them done as well. I picked them up at the local hobby store. You might also try this link:

I bought some water slide decal sheets off ebay and had luck with them. Have to seal them before you use them though.

I have tried the print your own decals and works great! but what i'm looking to do is print white decals, and my printer doesn't print white.
