Where Do I Order 3D Prints

You can go through Shapeways, they are good but it can get expensive very quick.

Shapeways is the only company I know that does it, but like acesh007 said, they charge a premium price.

A quick search of the Project Runs forum came up with two threads of people offering 3D printing services here, one from IM Nation and one from Dirtsen. You could drop either/both of them a PM for a price quote on your piece.

When you say "clean the piece", do you mean completely finish it so it's ready to paint?

Not sure how much finishing work is commonly done, but I just assumed thorough support removal etc.
