What's The Diameter of Covertec Wheels?

Would anyone happen to know the standard diameter of covertec wheels?

I tried to measure the one I have with a caliper, and got conflicting results all around. It's not a perfect circle. The base (thick part) of the wheel reads anywhere between 18.62 to 19mms, and the thin part reads 18.85mms

I appreciate any help given.

From the real one I have, diameter is 18.7mm, total height 7.3mm, thick height 3.5mm, thin height 1.2mm.
