to me the source for this font reminds me of Helvetica Ultra Compressed. If you need the font for creating LCARS graphics here's a great source for fonts of all kinds:

Yes, it's Helvetica Ultra Compressed. There have been tons of font clones by Trek and LCARS fans, but I seem to remember Mike Okuda identifying Helvetica Ultra Compressed as what he used.
