What container is this for the Lost Room Glass Eye?

I got a glass eye, now I am trying to ID this container.

What container do you suppose this is? Looks like steel, maybe a makeup or watch container? Maybe custom?

The Lost Room was 2006. The exact container is long discontinued. You'll need at least 2 or 3 of those grinders and rip the screen material out of the bottom sections and use more than one of the modified screen sections for the middle.

----------edit----------------

The TOP just sits on the hard metal grinding section, so if you remove the hard metal grinding section, the screen section SCREWS will not fit the top cap.

Thanks for the information!

I will tell you that I am a huge lost room fan, and that I sell lost room prop replicas. I have already used the case shown here, and have already reamed out the hard grinder portion and dremeled it out to make a clean section. I have an eye replica and a modified case for it. It was a huge effort, I used a Jewelers saw to cut out most of the inside to make that section hollow. And then a file and finally the dremel. It is doable, if you want to put in the effort.

So basically stack up a couple of the screen sections (screens removed) with the bottom cap on the bottom and it'd be close to what we see the eye sitting in on the screen caps?

Nope.
Yes, remove the screen from the GREEN arrow section. But you have to remove the inside of the RED arrow section and then use that with the cap.
The cap only fits on the RED arrow section. It doesn't fit on the green arrow section. I modified the RED arrow section with the method in post #5.
Jewelers saw-> file-> dremel.

Depending on the size of your eye, you may need a second GREEN section to make the case large enough. It's really close with just one green section.

Just borrowed this show yesterday from a friend. Was sad it didn't get picked up, I thought it was amazing with endless possibilities.

Yes, I would have loved this to be made into the TV series it was SUPPOSED to be. They intentionally made 100 object so they could introduce one in each episode of the TV series. It was planned to be a TV series from the start. But WAREHOUSE 13 was also introduced after The Lost Room aired, and it was also a show about magical objects and object collecting, and SYFI didn't want to pick up 2 similar shows. They picked Warehouse and didn't pick up The Lost Room.

Wow, that actually sounds like a pretty decent plot. It has high ratings too, was it not as good?

Well, it's like FORD and CHEVY. If you're a Ford guy, Chevy isn't really a substitute. Despite their similarity.
Warehouse 13 was always a sci fi / comedy. It was a bit tough-in-cheek. The Lost Room was more serious, with people actually able to DIE and had a darker / more realistic view of humanity. The Lost Room was more realistic and Warehouse 13 was more amusing and bad people were "bronzed" rather than killed.

I still watched every episode of Warehouse 13, but the Lost Room will always be my favorite. The 2 are like classic humorous BattleStar Galactica and the more realistic remake.
