Interesting and fun question. :)

If we aren't counting television, Arnold tops the list with 14 films (including Pumping Iron).
Number 2 is Stallone with 13.
And coming in third... Bill Paxton??? (11 films)

If we count television- Patrick Stewart/Lee Majors/William Shatner

First place in my collection goes to Buster Keaton. I have a box set that includes 11 of his feature length movies and 21 of his short movies. Second place is probably Boris Karloff.

I have a lot of various movies and sure some of the same actors appear in many of the titles, but I would have to say that Mel Blanc and Frank Welker are on more films than anyone else. I have an extensive animation library and those two WERE my childhood :)

Remember kids. We are talking ONLY feature films. Absolutely NO TV as that would drastically change the dynamic of this thread.

William Powell & Myrna Loy Two boxed sets--Thin Man series, and another of their other couplings. They made a lot of films together.

John Wayne, Harrison Ford, Clint Eastwood.

Just guessing, but

Bruce Willis
Jean Reno
John Cusak
Desmond Llewelyn
Shane Rimmer
Clint Eastwood
Basil Rathbone
Nigel Bruce

If TV were allowed
Armin Shimerman, by a mile
