water slide laser decals

Anyone use these and can recommend a brand?

Preferrably I'd like something on a clear stock.

BTW, I only need two dime sized decals so I'd sure be happy not to spend a bunch on these sheets.

Testors has a decent decal product available in clear and white waterslide but it's designed for Inkjets.

I've seen it sold at Walmart, both the full kit (2sheets, lacquer and Cd software) as well as small sheet packets
