Well if your looking for a replica of it, I think wested makes one. I'm not sure who made the original though.

His hoodie and t shirts are Jcrew. They don't make that hoodie anymore unfortunately (they have one thats close) but its the best damn hoodie I've ever owned. It was just a coincidence that I had one... very nice terricloth instead of fleece inside... never fuzzes out.
