I tought it was a pretty cool rendition of the the Web Head, cool pose too.

It looks like some kind of different version of the Big time/Future Foundation. My Big Time file has that same sort of grey and black texturized look to it.... Actually, after looking at that picture, it looks like a black and red version of the Future Foundation, because the pattern isn't the same as the Big Time.
