Vehicle Search - Back To The Future 4WD Toyota

I have reason to seek the original black Toyota 4WD truck (or trucks?) used in Back To The Future.

I don't suppose anyone here would have any leads as to the disposition of the original vehicle(s)?

Or any tips on further researching this?

Having worked a lot with product placement on projects, its likely thats what the truck was. Have a look at the credits and see who is the product placement person or people. Also see if there is a Toyota dealer in the thanks/special thanks. If so, its possible the truck was on loan then returned to the dealer for sale.
Im not saying this is what they did, just another avenue to wander.

Also wouldn't be too hard to research the closest dealerships to the Universal lot back in '85 (in case there is no credit offered).
