Im finishing up converting my MR FX ESB Vader saber with some Heiland innerds, but Im stuck on how to do the wires on the outside, do most people just glue them in place, is there any available resources like Radio Shack for the accurate wires etc? Any help would be great, thanks.

can you elaborate a lil more on what you actually done with the MR FX?

if you done a luxeon convertion, the stock wires that come off the MR, simply rehotglue back on, you have to flatten off the bottom sides of the wires tabs.

i cant tell anything more with out more details on what you have done for sure.

Hey Kylash,

I don't know about the MR saber, but on a real Heiland, the port plugs have inserts that the wires will fit snugly into. After I put the wires in, I put a couple drops of Krazy Glue just to keep them from ever coming out.

Here's a pic

22 guage wire should fit perfectly, but it would be a shame to have to buy 3 spools of wire for less than 2 inches worth. Check your local autoparts store. They sometimes carry inline fuse holders that have the correct guage and color wires. Shouldn't be more than 5 or 6 bucks

mine isnt a luxeon, its actually from a heiland, so it has the ports and everything like a real one. The guage was really what i was looking for, thanks much :)

are there any decent reference images for these wires? Ive seen MR did theirs in white and brownish tan, and then i see some fan ones that are orange, which is correct and what images show these to make the definition between the wires?

I just finished mine finally :lol
If you PM me your address I'll send you some.

awsome thanks. Ive notices on the MR ones they make the red wire thicker than the other two, any idea where they got that idea from?
