Vader 1-6 chestbox dimensions?

I thought I would repost this here, a guy I just met is looking to make himself a nice ESB Vader and was looking to make up a definitive list of size variation comparisons. He isn't RPF yet, but getting into a garrison soon.
I know the odds of getting all these answers is SLIM here, but I'll give it the ol' college try.

Does anybody have any dimensions for the chest boxes for any of the four movies?

Specifically:
- Exact height and width of the box itself.
- Exact height and width of rocker switches.
- Exact height and width of red and blue lights.
- Exact length of silver rods (I forget what they're called).
- Exact height and width of "coin slots".
- Any other dimensions you feel are important to post.

(Please specifiy which movie you're refering to.)
