That is incredible! What materials did you use?
3D printed helmet painted with satin black and vauxhall mustard yellow paint. The rest is EVA foam 10mm & 8mm 5mm & 2mm used. Hexflex sealant and same paint as helmet. Acrylic black for blasters

So is it possible to sit in this armor whilst being comfortable and not damaging the armor?
No not the way I made it-first ever cosplay made so I am not sure it is even possible as the shins/kneegiards/ thighs all interlock and rub each other. Also the kama is rigid. I did get my son to sit/lean on an unused table without damage so he could rest for a while. There is a YT video where his foam suit/templates allowed him to run. Hope you find a way to do it

Ah well thanks for letting us know

amazing. im making a fives cosplay. and do you have any tips? what did you use for the waist cape?
if you mean the Kama most people make it out of fabric but i used x2 sections of 5mm EVA foam(could use 3 or 4mm for more 'fabric flow'! reason why idid this was ease of painting the yellow stripes on it. edgelines are burnt in with a soldering iron! They are each held on with x2 webbing straps&velco(can be removed for transport if really needed)that just run over the groin/buttplate.
