U.S.S. Kelvin Padd

I posted a photo over in my TOS Movie Padd, but I will start a new thread. Maybe someone will know what item was used as the padd on the Kelvin. It looks like a Military Case or some Kind of Tools Case.

I doubt that it is it, but when I first saw these pictures, I thought of the TNG/DSP Medical cases that they used to carry on away missions.

lol Yeah, I have nice front view photo of it. I am doing some sketches to do add labels and graphics to the padd. I also want to add something from TOS. I am trying to figure out the best way to cast it.
