I just turned up this site looking for examples of Steampunk Era paper props:

It is a collectible auction site with very nice photos of turn of the century documents and other Americana they have sold...lots of gold rush stuff and others sorted by location....just got a first look and thought I would pass it along.

Well, this isn't much of a steampunk site, but more of an H.P. Lovecraft prop site/general props site, that does have some real world old-school documents. It's called Propnomicon: Propnomicon
