They are sweet PEP's man! Congrats!
I really like the Mk3 You have done. Much better than my first PEP.
Cannot wait to see the finished build.

@MykiiAmore: thanks man. i gave this models my all and i didn't rush the pepping process. each models took 1 week each to be built.

@chimmera30: thanks for the comment, man. i really appreciate it.

now, time to copy ironmaided's style of strengthening the whole lot then i'm off the build myself the HD versions of the MKVI and warmachine models.

Gaia!
Good going having the patience. Took me a good 3 days to do mine so for you to take a week that is awesome patience. What is the Ironmaided theory?

What is the Ironmaided theory?

that will be the all-out paper mache-glaze putty-sundried for 1 week method. currently in the process of mache-ing my spare V3 iron man helmet. dont want to test it on my V2 helmet because in my opinion, it is my most descent and cleanest build.

These look great, doing a few peps atm for my projects and need a hardening method, i thought a resin coat was the best option do you believe there to be better methods?

Right so you paper mache it?
Then glaze it then Putty?

That sounds like it will be very soft.

well, i have testing paper mache strengths on my spare helmets from last year:

and here are my results:

IMV3 - lotto tickets - thickness is very good. 2 coats outside and 4-5 coats inside. good enough to withstand rat bites.

WMV1 - manila paper. thickness is good but you need to put more coats for desired durability.
