There may not be an exact graphic around. It actually may be a real coffee mug in the days when Miramar was a Naval Air Station.
You probably could easily recreate it though. An port side view of an F-14, naval wings, and what looks to be VIP(?) at the bottom?

I think so. You may want to add some color to it to get it more screen accurate.
