I made the jacket out of PVC fabric, using a chef's jacket as a template. Added cuffs, zippers belt (sewed on the jacket).

used a police helmet from the party store, cut it down to size, made a head liner from a heaver vinyl, w/ snaps, to fit inside helmet.

my gf helped me with making a cast of my face, and built a vacuform table, to make the mask, holster for the chrome baton, used a chrome shower rod from home depot, cutting it down, and used one of the fittings for the end of the hilt. Bought vinyl pants, I should have seen my own, b/c in the movie you notice there are no back pockets...
